Refund & Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase in original condition with tags attached. Return request will be processed only if the item is defective.  Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For damaged or defective items, please contact us with opening Vidio and photos for immediate assistance.  Custom or final sale items cannot be returned.
